Solutia este sa gasesti antrenamente variate si o strategie care sa iti mentina entuziasmul si interesul pe banda de alergare. Bineinteles, aceasta strategie nu ar trebui sa presupuna vizionarea unui episod din serialul favorit in timp ce alergi in acelasi ritm, aproape fara efort, timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p align="justify"><b>Simuleaza conditiile reale de alergare </b></p>
<p align="justify">Pentru a-ti oferi senzatia de alergare pe asfalt, in aer liber, ajusteaza banda de alergare la o inclinatie de 1%. Aceasta va compensa faptul ca nu exista deplasare inainte a corpului atunci cand alergi pe aparatul fitness. Daca vrei sa incluzi si cateva zone de deal in antrenament, o inclinatie de minimum 4% iti va adresa aceasta nevoie.</p>
<p align="justify"><b>Gaseste plasamentul perfect </b></p>
<p align="justify">In cazul in care alergi prea aproape de consola aparatului, miscarile naturale ale bratelor sunt afectate vizibil, iar daca esti prea departe, vei face, involuntar, pasi mai mici pentru a nu avea senzatia ca urmeaza sa cazi de pe banda de alergare. Modifica treptat plasamentul pe suprafata de alergare pana cand atat miscarea bratelor, cat si pasii iti vor parea facute cu naturalete.</p>
<p align="justify"><b>Schimba atentia</b></p>
<p align="justify">In loc sa privesti cum se scurg minutele, alege o viteza si o inclinatie care sa te solicite si apoi concentreaza-ti atentia asupra altui lucru decat consola aparatului pentru a urmari durata unei melodii motivationale din playlist-ul pe care l-ai alcatuit. La finalul cantecului, verifica distanta parcursa si propune-ti sa o depasesti data viitoare prin marirea vitezei de alergare.</p>
<p align="justify"><b>Antrenamentul anti-plictiseala pe banda de alergare &#8211; 30 minute </b></p>
<p align="justify">Daca simti ca te afli pe o banda rulanta care te poarta catre nicaieri, acest antrenament te va ajuta sa regasesti entuziasmul pe care il aveai atunci cand ai inceput sa folosesti <a href="https://sport-mag.ro/17-benzi-de-alergare">banda alergare</a>, iar caloriile consumate in cele 30 de minute vor ajunge la valoarea de aproximativ 300. Programul este dezvoltat de Jay Blahnik, trainer, consultant si scriitor din domeniul fitness.</p>
<p align="justify">Dupa cum vei observa, acest program este potrivit atat pentru incepatori, cat si pentru avansati, avand intervale de valori ale vitezei de efectuare a fiecarui exercitiu, nu o viteza fixa impusa. Pentru inceput, incearca valoarea minima a vitezei si incearca sa o maresti usor in fiecare saptamana.</p>
